My Story
Food safety has been the focus of my professional career for more than 25 years. Throughout that journey, I have worked with food manufacturers, processors, importers, distributors, retailers, and food service organizations to strengthen food safety systems, improve regulatory compliance, and prepare for certification.
As CEO and Co-Founder of Arnika, my mission is simple: help Canadian food businesses build practical food safety systems that protect consumers while supporting sustainable business growth.
Every organization is different, which is why I believe food safety solutions should be tailored to each operation—not copied from a template. My approach combines technical expertise with practical industry experience to help businesses achieve compliance while improving operational performance.
